The month of May is a very big one for Real Madrid. There are big games against Barcelona, Sevilla, and Liverpool within a short time span. Questions are being asked on whether Zidane should field his best team against Barcelona or rest the starters for the Champions League final.

Zinedine Zidane can break history with a 3rd straight Champions League title win. In fact, he has never been knocked out of the tournament as a manager.

Winning the Champions League again would mean everything to the team and the club, but he has some very tough decisions to make. He can either rest the starters on Sunday in El Clasico and prevent the risk of injury, or gloriously end Barcelona’s unbeaten season streak in La Liga.

There are two sides to every argument. Some Real Madrid fans would like to end their unbeaten record and not give Barcelona bragging rights. Others would like the team to be fully rested and be ready for the final in Kyiv.

Here are some reasons on why Los Blancos should start the best squad or rest them against Barcelona.
