Celta Vigo will be hosting Real Madrid on 5th February, Sunday, in La Liga. Real Madrid will be looking to avenge their Copa Del Rey defeat and can consolidate their position at the top of the table.

Los Blancos seem to be coming out of the slump. They are coming off the back of a 3-0 win against Real Sociedad and are 4 points ahead of Barcelona with a game in hand. Ronaldo and Co. capitalized on a faltering Barcelona and Sevilla and stretched their lead which should give them the confidence going forward.

Celta Vigo will be confident going into this match and can take inspiration from their Copa Del Rey victory.

Zinedine Zidane had the perfect answer for the critics. With a bad start to 2017 many were questioning the Frenchman whether his team can weather the storm.

But Real Madrid have to be cautious when they make the trip to the Balaídos. Celta Vigo has won 5 out of their last 6 home matches, meaning they are a considerable force in their home ground. They will be confident going into this match and can take inspiration from their Copa Del Rey victory. Although, this Real Madrid will be a different beast to quell.

Real Madrid have a fit and scoring Ronaldo which will help to boost the effort. With a great performance in the last match, it won’t be a surprise to seeMateo Kovacic in the midfield again against Vigo this weekend.

It will be fascinating to see who Zidane chooses as the striker. Karim Benzema was far off from his best. To add more bad news, his substitute, Alvaro Morata came on and scored a goal which made it 3-0 for the Los Blancos against Sociedad. Watch for the competition between these two for the starting spot again this Sunday.

Real Madrid have a chance to add another vital 3 points to their title hopes. With a game in hand, it means they have a spare 3 points which will help them later in the season to get ahead of their rivals. All they need to do is go on a winning run. At Celta Vigo they can do exactly that.
