UEFA Super Cup 2016 vs. Sevilla: Ramos Ties it Up in Injury Time

The staple move of Sir Sergio Ramos, jumper for a header in the box in a critical moment in a critical cup game. It wasn’t the best game for Sergio on the defensive side, giving up a penalty with 20 minutes remaining to give Sevilla a 2-1 lead. But, leave it up to the last minute savior Ramos to get free right in front of goal with the Sevilla goalkeeper sprawling to his post to try and cut off the charging Lucas Vasquez who floated a pretty cross into the box.

The goal came in the third minute of stoppage time, not the first time in the last couple years that Ramos has scored a goal this late. The header and the goal itself might have been a layup but at least he was in the right position and ready to tuck the ball home with ease.

The 90th minute hero did it again and it happened to be against his former team as well.
