Espanyol Are No Slouches

We see it time and time again: A team at the top of the table relaxes thinking a mid-table team has no chance of beating them, and then they lose. La Liga mid-table teams have a knack for this, and Espanyol could very well be the team to do it.

Earlier in the week they played Real Sociedad and although they lost, they scored a beautiful goal. Real Madrid doesn’t have the strongest back line and it’s possible to see this become a complicated game. Real Madrid will have to dominate the midfield if they hope to cruise to an easy win.
