2. Sergio RamosContinues to be the Captain of Clutch.

“Real Madrid saved by a late headed goal from Sergio Ramos.”

How many times can this headline get written? It seems Real’s captain is trying to find out.

Ramos has now scored 10 goals this season across all competitions, and, the most in one season in his whole career.

It’s only March.

Ramos is getting really, really good at putting Toni Kroos’ corners in the back of the net. As the tweet below shows, he’s a demon to deal with in the box, he’s great at anticipating where Toni will put the ball, and he is dedicated to dragging this team kicking and screaming to victory. Real Madrid needed 3 points to take advantage of Barca’s slip-up today, and Ramos delivered big.
