Goal of the Day

No the goal isn’t anything incredible, but look at the pace of Liverpool on the counter attack!

Coming off of a West Ham corner, Sadio Mane and Mohammed Salah outran the entire West Ham team and set up an easy goal to put their side in front 1-0 and they wouldn’t look back as the side from northern England went on to win 4-1 in a beatdown.

Cristiano Ronaldo is a dad! Again!

Croatia qualify for the 2018 World Cup

Luka Modric and Mateo Kovacic saw their home country of Croatia defeat Greece in the two-leg World Cup qualifying playoff Sunday as Croatia drew 0-0 with the Greeks after dominating the first leg 4-1.

Modric was a key cog in the win, and deserves a lot of credit for getting his side through a tough qualifying group.

See you in Russia next summer Mateo and Luka!

Real Madrid will not give up on Gareth Bale

Despite suffering yet another injury setback last week in training, the Real Madrid directors are unwilling to consider Gareth Bale a lost cause.

According to reports, the higher-ups at Real are adamant about staying with Bale and helping him to recover and get back on the field as soon as possible rather than trying to sell him on.

I like the move. Stay loyal to the ones who are loyal to you.
