Real Madrid has a multitude of players who have joined their national team for the 2018 World Cup, with the Group Stage over we take a look at who’s still in the running and who is headed back home.

Real Madrid is a club of incredible depth and talent and the 2018 World Cup shows us exactly that. 15 players from Real have joined their national team in an effort to claim footballs most coveted trophy, the World Cup. The final games of the group stage wrapped up as is the month of June. Before the Round of 16 kicks off, The Real Champs takes a look at who will be taking part and who will not.

Los Blancos said farewell to players who set their sights on the World Cup for one month. There is no doubting their talent when they dawn the white kit of Real Madrid, but how have they faired with their national teams. We go through the list of players one at a time to see what progress or lack thereof has been made. Players are grouped together by nation, and their individual efforts then assessed.
