For all the chatters of struggles following the shock departure of talisman Cristiano Ronaldo in the summer, Real Madrid is cruising through the league. Three wins from three games, nine points out of a possible nine and top of the table – things are off to as perfect a start as it could get.

Gareth Bale continued his scoring spree, Karim Benzema continued to gyrate in the newfound la la land while captain Sergio Ramos continued to dispatch penalties with nonchalance as Los Blancos registered a second consecutive 4-1 victory, and a hapless Leganes were the recipients of it this time.

Next. Three takeaways from Real Madrid's 4-1 win vs. Leganes. dark

Rolling like the Benz…

More magic from the Welsh wizard…

Not even 2 months since departure, but Ronaldo is already banished to the backpages of Real Madrid’s history books…

Twitter may be gleaming with the success of Real Madrid but fans need to remember we’re just three games into a very long season. Real has yet to dip their toes into the other two competitions they will take part in this season. Let’s hope that this form continues even after the international break.
