3 – Training with the first team

While playing with the first team is great and shows a lot, training with them could mean so much more. Having those valuable minutes on the training ground of Real could make Vinicius an even bigger name down the road.

During the preseason many noticed the bromanace growing between Karim Benzema and Vinicius Jr. In this day and age we see so many youngsters coming into the game and veering far of the path, if not falling of the map completely. The glitz, glamour and fame can get to players heads and inhibit their ability to grow. Staying around the first team will help with the mental aspect.

This also goes back to the development of Vincius, he gets the chance to learn the system with the first team. One thing that cannot be taught but must happen over time is an understanding of the players around you. Going through various drills and scrimages with the team will help Vinicus gain an understanding and build and on field relationship with others. Having that telepathic understanding with the other up and comers like Asensio could make Real an even more lethal force.
