This game was a lot tougher than I thought it would be. Huesca genuinely made it tricky for us and could argue they deserved more than what they ended up with.

Despite scoring early, Madrid actually offered very little in front of goal. I believe we barely had anything more than 3 shots in the first half, which is terrible. Players were not getting into positions, despite players like Odriozola creating some nice openings.

Huesca did overrun us and they also worked through us on the counter with some very nice and effective combinations. If it wasn’t for a little luck and Courtois having a good day, we could have drawn or even lost this game. A hard fought win.
