Goalkeepers

Keylor Navas – A
It’s difficult to judge his season as he barely made any appearances, especially after the arrival of Solari. During the first few months, he was the man chosen between the sticks for the UEFA Champions League and he did fairly well. Keylor Navas has always been a player that you can trust and it’s a shame to see what has happened to him so far this year as it looks like he’ll only be playing the Copa del Rey unless he leaves in January.

Kiko Casilla – N/A
He’s always there in spirit but unfortunately, he hasn’t seen any game time this year.

Thibaut Courtois – B+
Definitely our starting goalkeeper, Thibaut Courtois arrived from Chelsea in the summer and has been having consistent appearances ever since. The Belgian had some very questionable moments (which is what most will focus on) but he has also been a savior particularly in recent weeks. How people don’t rate him as one of the top goalkeepers in the world is beyond me.

Luca Zidane – N/A
No appearances to be judged on so far and we probably won’t be seeing him at all during this campaign.
