Marco Asensio – 6

Slowly shaking the rust off his boots Asensio came on for Gareth Bale with 27′ minutes left to play. Asensio was eager to prove his worth to Solari making a tackle and earning himself an assist in the match. Could there be any better way to earn yourself minutes?

Mariano Diaz – 6.5

Finally back from injury, Diaz made an appearance as he came in for Karim Benzema in the 74′ minute. Initially trying to force his way to score a goal the backup striker headed home a diving header received from Odriozola. Being able to come in after so long and score makes him a viable option in the coming weeks.

Isco – 6

Still relegated to the bench, the little magician made just a four-minute cameo. While he doesn’t have an ‘A’ next to his name he might as well as. It was Isco’s key pass that sprung Odriozola forward resulting in the goal scored by Diaz. With the busy schedule ahead there couldn’t be a better time to give him some minutes.
