Isco is continuing to see his minutes limited at Real Madrid. Having barely featured in a lot of Madrid’s games, fans recently voted on whether or not they wanted him in the Copa Del Rey semi final against Barcelona.

Real Madrid vs Barcelona is merely hours away from kicking off. The semi-final first leg in the Copa Del Rey is set to be a mammoth clash and with that, fans and pundits alike are discussing who is going to feature in this heavyweight clash.

A fully fit squad has been named with only the exception of Jesus Vallejo who is still injured. However, one of the biggest questions ahead of this game is the status of Isco and his chances of featuring.

A recent poll in MARCA saw fans decide on who they would like to see in the XI. According to the poll, Isco alongside Dani Ceballos and Marco Asensio are players they would like to see featured. The list also saw the likes of Reguilon, Mariano, Odriozola and Brahim Diaz not ranked so highly and expected to be seated in the stands for the game.

The list was topped by the demand for Marco Asensio then followed by his Spanish colleagues Dani Ceballos and Isco. Whilst Solari may have already made up his mind on his final eleven, a case could certainly be made for Isco to start the game.

The Spaniard has a history of playing well in the fixture and boasts some individual highlights – although, his sour relationship with Solari has not improved and not many are sure on whether he will feature or not.

Reports have suggested that Lucas Vasquez will start, it is also believed that Keylor Navas will hold it down in the net over Courtois and the in-form Benzema will lead the line. Luka Modric is also expected to start, Toni Kroos is still questionable as he only recently recovered from injury.

Gareth Bale and Vinicius are set to battle it out for the final attacking spot with many favoring the Brazilian over the Welshman following his poor performance in the last outing.

Regardless, it will be interesting to see what Solari chooses to do with his starting line-up.
