Midfield

Luka Modric

Luka Modric is key to the midfield. His dribbling ability coupled with neat passing makes things difficult for any defense. Orchestrating the offense will be his job, one he doesn’t take lightly and does with careful consideration. A big name for a big game, it’s only fitting.

Casemiro

The man who acts as the defense before the actual defense. Casemiro seeks out danger using sonar and looks to put it out faster than the blink of an eye. At times he can get rowdy but stunting the build of play and attack of Barca will help lighten the load on Modric and Kroos. Don’t forget his strong passing ability.

Toni Kroos

Often times underrated for his importance in matches, Kroos is the metronome for Real Madrid. While he isn’t flashy or full of skill moves, his pass accuracy is what helps Madrid hold the advantage. You can’t score if you don’t have the ball of course. The set-piece specialist has proven plenty of times over the past few years how dangerous he can be from dead ball situations.
