5. Ronaldo’s chip

This is the same game Benzema bagged his overhead kick but Ronaldo was stealing the show that night by netting a hat-trick and took the match-ball home to add to his collection.

Ronaldo already had a point-blank header saved early on and was getting a little frustrated after getting denied a few times. He scored finally all thanks to Karim Benzema and his ball carrying skills and ability to switch to wings.

Ronaldo got his second with a great strike from outside the box and was already smelling a hat-trick.

CR7 was certainly hungry for more and in came Ozil with an extraordinary through ball and he made no mistake as he chipped the keeper calmly. The goal was typical of the Ronaldo-Ozil duo.

Ozil with his unreal vision providing an eye-pleasing pass cutting through the Ajax backline and Ronaldo humiliated them with this cheeky finish.
