Real Madrid hosted Barcelona for the second time in four days but this time in league play. Here’s a look at the match recap.

Los Blancos welcomed their rivals Barcelona to the Santiago Bernabeu for the third time in less than three weeks. This match though would be a league fixture.

Manager Santiago Solari made just one change from the teams earlier meeting with Barca. Solari started Welshman Gareth Bale ahead of Lucas Vazquez.

Solari deployed the usual 4-3-3 against the Blaugrana but his men were still unable to get the job done. Despite all his substitutions and tactical shifts, it wasn’t enough for the Whites to snag any points.
