Real Madrid had no trouble dispatching Eibar in their final game before the November international break, winning 4-0 behind huge performances from Eden Hazard and Karim Benzema in attack.

Although Real Madrid are still behind FC Barcelona in La Liga when looking at goal differential, Los Blancos have to feel great about their title hopes heading into the November international break. They are currently riding a streak of five straight clean sheets, in which they have averaged 3.2 goals per game in spite of a couple of inconsistent offensive performances against Real Betis and Galatasaray (the first time).

This week, Real were at their absolute best. After dominating Galatasaray 6-0 at home in the Champions League, Los Blancos made the tough trip to the Basque Country and owned Eibar 4-0 on a rainy night.

Real were buoyed by a sublime first half from Eden Hazard, who has clearly answered any critics. Some fans were worried about Hazard’s fitness after his slow start to life at the Santiago Bernabeu, but his recent La Liga performances have unequivocally shown that he is still the same superstar that he was at Chelsea.

But Hazard wasn’t the only player who dazzled against Eibar on Saturday. Here’s a look at Los Merengues’ top five performers from this sensational 4-0 win.
