Real Madrid have already been linked with Lille center midfielder Boubakary Soumare, but they also reportedly have interest in two more stars from the Ligue 1 club.

Although Real Madrid aren’t expected to make any major moves during the winter transfer period, they have their eyes on a number of young talents across Europe who could help them beyond the 2019-2020 season.

Los Blancos have already reportedly joined five other teams by sending offers to Lille for standout young midfielder Boubakary Soumare, who could be a great backup to superstar defensive midfielder Casemiro.

But Soumare isn’t the only Lille star on Real’s radar. According to a report from MARCA, Los Merengues also have interest in center back Gabriel and star man Victor Osimhen.

More from The Real Champs

Gabriel has enjoyed a solid season for Lille thus far and has plenty of potential as a 22-year-old center back.

Los Blancos currently have one future superstar at the position after signing Eder Militao from FC Porto this past summer, and he’s exceeded expectations thus far.

Another young center back would be beneficial, though, especially since Jesus Vallejo has failed to impress on loan at Wolves.

Osimhen is the most intriguing of the three. The 21-year-old Nigerian is by far the team’s leading scorer with 10 goals, and there’s no doubt that he and former Bayern man Renato Sanches are the players most people want to see whenever Lille takes the pitch.

In fact, only well-known stars Wissam Ben Yedder and Kylian Mbappe have scored more goals in Ligue 1 than Osimhen, who is tied with the likes of Moussa Dembele on the scoring charts.

Although Osimhen needs to become a more well-rounded forward, he is such a good scorer and also has three assists to boot. At 21, he is one of the most exciting young players in Ligue 1 and should absolutely be on Real Madrid’s radar.

Of course, Real already have a settled striker situation with Karim Benzema playing at a higher level than any other center forward in the world and Luka Jovic looking like a future star despite his lack of opportunities. Still, Osimhen wouldn’t be a bad flier, but with the way he’s scoring this season, he won’t come cheap.
