Real Madrid will need to sign a world-class goal-scorer this summer, and while they will need to clear up space for this new signing, these three attackers won’t be made casualties.

Last season, only Karim Benzema scored more than five goals in La Liga for Real Madrid, and center back Sergio Ramos was the team’s second-leading scorer. While Zinedine Zidane improved the team in his first season back at the helm, he did so by getting the most out of a world-class defense and midfield. The same issues in attack remain.

Therefore, Real Madrid will have to get serious about making upgrades to their offense. A healthy Eden Hazard should make a huge difference, as he was the most talented attacking player on the pitch when he was in the lineup. And Vinicius Junior wasn’t far behind him by the time March came around.

Real will need to clear up space for a new world-class scorer, but it should not come at the expense of the following three attacking players. Los Blancos may need more attacking firepower, but they should also hold onto the talented players they currently have. Because as Hazard and Vini show, they have the pieces; they simply need one star to put them over the top.
