Real Madrid are interested in signing at least one more attacking player this summer, and long-time La Liga target Ferran Torres could be a realistic signing.

Ideally, Real Madrid will sign Kylian Mbappe or Erling Haaland this summer, immediately turning their goal-scoring from the team’s biggest weakness to a massive strength. Karim Benzema and Eden Hazard cannot hold up the goal creation on their own, especially since they are more known for setting up goals than finishing them.

As such, Los Blancos will need to sign a world-class, scoring forward this summer, and there’s a chance they sign two, depending on the financial situation and the impending departures of forwards like Gareth Bale and Mariano Diaz.

Valencia’s Ferran Torres is a young La Liga standout whom Real Madrid have been tracking for some time, and the summer of 2020 could be the perfect opportunity for Los Blancos to sign one of Spain’s most exciting attacking players.

Here are three reasons why a Torres transfer is realistic. That’s not to say Real Madrid should make him a top target or sign him, but these reasons highlight why he is a logical option for Los Blancos, especially if they are unable to sign their most favored targets this summer.
