Kai Havertz

The young German talent Kai Havertz is a gifted player who has the potential to electrify the world of football. He is a naturally gifted footballer who is intelligent, creative, and a goalscorer.
He made his Bundesliga debut at the age of 17 for Bayer Leverkusen and is the youngest player to score 30 goals in the league. Former World Footballer of the year Lothar Matthaus believes Havertz can follow in his footsteps of winning the Worlds Best honors if he continues with his high standards.

The Leverkusen midfielder scored 17 goals in Bundesliga last season. This season he has already scored ten goals and provided eight assists in 34 appearances. He also managed an average of 2.1 key passes per 90, improving from 1.2 key passes per 90 of last season.

The German international is a pleasant player to watch. He glides with the ball, completing 2.1 dribbles per game, getting out tight spaces, and finding his teammates at 87% pass completion rate. He is brilliant at making late runs into the box and astute at finding space. The Leverkusen youngster is left-footed but is no slouch with his right foot.

At just 20 years of age, Havertz has a high-upside to his game, and Los Blancos will do well to sign him. Named in the top 10 best footballers under 21 by ESPN, the German playmaker is also the fifth highest valued player under the age of 21, according to Transfermarkt. He can be one of the best in the game for years, and Madridistas will love to see him ply his trade at the Santiago Bernabeu.
