Eden Hazard

With the huge gap in the season, details are a little blurry so here’s a quick refresher.

Hazard came to Real Madrid from Chelsea with a decent price attached and looked bright at the beginning of the season. Unfortunately, he caught injury-itis likely contracted from Gareth Bale. After getting trampled against Paris Saint-Germain in the group stage of the Champions League, the Belgian was expected to miss the rest of the season.

Hazard went from the massive signing we may not see until next season to being very close to ready for the restart of the current campaign.

There’s no question he is going to remain with the team, but a return and a positive impact would do a world of good for his image with the Real Madrid fans.

The winger was full of life while on the pitch and a pain for the defense of nearly every team that he came up against.

He has been seen training with the first team in preparation for the restart, so don’t be too surprised to see number seven starting on the left-wing!
