Real Madrid will need to prove they have a championship-winning attack.

No team in La Liga has allowed fewer goals than Real Madrid, who head into the next portion of the 2019-2020 league season with a back four that just might be the envy of every other team in European football.

However, their attack is still rebuilding after Cristiano Ronaldo’s 2018 departure. Karim Benzema had a great first half of the season and Eden Hazard excels when healthy, but Real have questions to answer. Here are five of them.

1. Can Eden Hazard stay healthy?

To clarify, it is not Eden Hazard’s fault if he is injured. But Real Madrid will be hoping for the Belgian winger’s health and know that his ability to be on the pitch is crucial for their title hopes. Hazard is a legitimate superstar player and a game-changing talent who works hard to support an attack in so many ways.

In late October and early November before his first injury against PSG, Hazard was playing at a higher level than anyone in La Liga besides Lionel Messi. And that’s exactly what Madridistas expect from the 100 million euro man from Chelsea.

If Hazard can stay healthy for the remainder of the 2019-2020 league season, Real should like their chances of bringing home the trophy under Zinedine Zidane. But if he is injured for a third time, the club’s chances will take a major hit.
