Real Madrid will face Mallorca on Wednesday at the Alfredo Di Stefano.

Through three La Liga games since the 2019-2020 season restart, Real Madrid have not dropped any points and are back in first in the league table after Barcelona drew 0-0 with Sevilla. Real’s most recent win was their least convincing, as they squeaked by Real Sociedad 2-1 at the Anoeta Stadium.

On Wednesday, Real will look to avenge their 1-0 October loss to Mallorca, who remain relegation candidates in Spain’s top flight.

Here are three things for Madridistas to look forward to in this match.

An on-fire attack

The Real Madrid attack has returned to its best with Karim Benzema in form, Eden Hazard back from injury, Marco Asensio returning with aplomb, and Vinicius Junior continuing his progress from before the COVID-19 postponement.

Hazard received some much-needed rest against Real Sociedad, so Vinicius picked up the pace as the Man of the Match for Los Blancos in the 2-1 win. Whoever starts against Mallorca, they stand a great chance of putting goals on the board. Real were shut out by Mallorca on the road in October, but they are a much better team now than before.

Watch for Benzema and Asensio to have especially strong displays. A fully fresh Hazard will, of course, bring bags of quality and even more excitement to the table for Real Madrid.
