Real Madrid have several talented young players who are drawing interest from clubs around La Liga.
Whether it’s Martin Odegaard or Takefusa Kubo, Real Madrid have had several young midfielders shine around Europe this season, specifically in La Liga. Los Blancos have one of the most talented loan armies in Europe, which is a reflection of how good Florentino Perez has been about keeping an eye towards the future.
According to a report from Coliseo Verdiblanco, Real Betis has eyes on three young Real Madrid players for the 2020-2021 season. Those players are all midfielders who were on loan this season: Takefusa Kubo, Dani Ceballos, and Oscar Rodriguez.
Betis were one of La Liga’s most disappointing teams in 2019-2020, finishing in the bottom half of the table despite having a talented roster. On occasion, they played to their talent, such as when they defeated Real Madrid 2-1 in March behind another wonderful display from star man Nabil Fekir, formerly of Lyon.

But Betis want more talent and want to return to European football, having hired the experienced Manuel Pellegrini as their manager.
Per the report from Coliseo Verdiblanco, Betis would like to acquire Kubo on loan.
Kubo will be in high demand and could take a step to stardom in 2020-2021 after a strong season at Mallorca. With better teammates around him, Kubo could be one of the best players in La Liga.
Ceballos is a former Betis star who could be interested in a reunion, which he may have pushed for in the winter.
But he’s settling into Arsenal, and Arsenal want to keep the impressive midfielder. Real Madrid actually want to sell him to gain funds, so it may be difficult for Betis to acquire him on loan or on a transfer.
Finally, Los Verdiblancos reportedly want to sign Oscar Rodriguez in a deal that would include a buy-back clause for Los Blancos, in case Oscar continues to develop well. Oscar was a true star player for Leganes this season, scoring wondergoal after wondergoal. He could be a huge asset for Betis.
All three players will almost certainly be playing elsewhere in 2020-2021, and Oscar and Ceballos could be gone on permanent deals, pending buy-back clause insertions. Betis would do well to acquire one of them, but they’ll have to convince Real Madrid by either paying more for Ceballos and Oscar (difficult) or that they have the most fruitful growth environment for Kubo.
