Brahim Diaz – N/A

Didn’t spend enough time on the pitch to get a rating as his season went by without him starting a single game and had a total of about 60 minutes on the pitch overall. Whenever he plays, he shows his hunger and determination but unfortunately he never really had enough time to make any difference.

Karim Benzema – A

What. A. Season. Karim Benzema finished the season in second place in the goalscoring charts and has consistently proven how vital he is for the club. Even though he technically has two replacements on the bench, it was never an easy decision to bench the French striker who offers the team so much regardless of where the ball is on the pitch. An exceptional season for Karim and hopefully we will see a lot more of him.

Luka Jovic – D

A season full of injuries and off-the-pitch controversy, Luka Jovic simply did not have a good season at Real Madrid. He came in with a lot of hope and promise but he was never able to fully take advantage of the limited opportunities he was offered. Two goals scored and if he is still at the club next season then he needs to drastically improve.

Next. Gareth Bale has damaged his legacy. dark

Mariano Diaz – N/A

Barely any time on the pitch but that shouldn’t distract you from the fact that his two minutes on the pitch during the last El Clasico was more than enough time for him to find the back of the net. It was a little surprising that he stayed at the club this season but it’ll be even more so if he stays for another year considering how limited his chances were.
