Martin Ødegaard: Return of Real Madrid’s prodigal son.

A summer without any signings for Real Madrid so far, after club president Florentino Pérez openly mentioned that the club will not be having any major signings this year. Fans are disappointed and are hoping for a miracle to happen.

The club is not signing a player anytime soon, but the hope for reinforcements is kept alive with the return of young talents from their successful loan spells, with Martin Ødegaard on the list of the returnees. Ødegaard is already an eye candy amongst the Madridistas and is expected to be the leader of the midfield for the next decade.

The 21-year-old Norwegian is a promising young talent and is a powerhouse in the middle of the field. Getting possession in the final third, key passes, fleet-footed dribbles, creating chances out of thin air, freekicks, and above everything, flair is what you can expect of Martin Ødegaard. Packed with qualities that only a few possess, the young prodigy is set to explode alongside Toni Kross and Luka Modrić, under the guidance of Zinedine Zidane.

Zizou is famous for having a great relationship with players within the locker room and is known for wielding the attributes of individuals in the squad with great care. The French national is just what Ødegaard needs at this point in his career and after his breakthrough season with La Real, the 21-year-old is ready to prove himself worthy of all praise.
