Here are three key storylines to watch for this week’s game.

David Silva’s debut

David Silva resumed training with his new teammates at Real Sociedad this week and looks set to make his 2020-2021 season debut since joining La Real on a free from Manchester City. Familiar with La Liga, the former Valencia man is getting older but remains one of the best playmakers in European football.

He will fill Odegaard’s role in the team, and he can cause problems for Real Madrid. Los Blancos’ experienced midfield will keep a close eye out for Silva, who scored six goals with 10 assists in fewer than 2,000 Premier League minutes last season.
