Real Madrid Femenino will begin their first season on Oct. 4. Here are three players who can score plenty of goals in 2020-2021.

Last season, CD Tacon were 10th in the Primera Division, but they were tied for fifth with 33 goals scored. So next season, Real Madrid Femenino, buoyed by a bevy of offseason additions in midfield, should be an even stronger goal-scoring force led by their attacking players.

Here are three forwards for Real Madrid fans to keep a close eye on next season.

Real Madrid CF Kosovare Asllani

Sweden star Kosovare Asllani is a midfielder for her national team but a striker for Real Madrid. She is a well-rounded No. 9 with great dribbling skills, the creativity to produce chances for her teammates at the wide forward positions, and the strength and technique to be a prolfiic finisher in front of goal.

No moment is too big for Asllani, who plays with 100 percent heart in every single game. Those watching the 2019 World Cup will likely remember how Asllani fought through pain and continued to recover loose balls and create for her team.

Asllani can be one of the leaders in goals and assists for Real Madrid in 2020-2021, and she will have a crucial leadership role. Las Blancas will rely on their No. 9 to be the beating heart of the team in the attack, making everyone around her better with her experience and work ethic.
