16) Edu Expósito, SD Eibar

Edu Expósito is another young midfielder to watch out for in La Liga this season. He hasn’t got many chances with Eibar since he joined them in 2019 with just 9 appearances for the Spanish side. He is a perfect number 8 for Eibar and he shows a lot of creativity in midfield for them. José Luis will use him numerous times this season.

Eibar finished 14th in the league table last season. They will look forward to finishing higher this season as fans demand to be at least in the top 10 and show some enthusiasm for the club. Expósito has a huge job to complete, giving immense joy to fans being one of them.

Jon Moncayola is a Spanish midfielder from Garínoain, Spain. He started his senior career in Iruna Later, he moved to Osasuna, where he played with the B team. In 2019, he started playing in the Spanish top flight. He is one of the emerging midfielders in La Liga and it would be amazing to see him make his mark here.

Iván Alejo has signed a permanent deal with newly promoted side Cadiz. Last season, he played with Cadiz in a loan spell of one year. He plays as a winger. His primary abilities are aerial duels and high passing accuracy. Cadiz is a newly-promoted side and they will look forward to staying in the Spanish top flight for the coming years.

Newly promoted sides can play the free open-minded game and they have nothing to lose in here. Young players like Alejo can grow in the top flight and they have a chance to get called up for huge clubs for next season. Sergio Gómez is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for SD Huesca, on loan from German side Borussia Dortmund. Sergio Gomez plays as an attacking midfielder, he creates some magic in midfield, and he has shown his individual skills in his Huesca spell. With the new season, Gomez must look forward to grabbing some headlines in Spain.

Huesca’s style of playing is individual brilliance and great passing sense. This side scored one of the best teamwork goals on Matchday 1 of the La Liga 2020-21 campaign. They look strong and bold in the new season and with players like Gomez, they will fight to stay in this Spanish top flight.

20) Jeison Lucumí, Elche CF

Jeison Lucumí is a Colombian professional footballer who plays as a right-winger for Spanish club Elche CF. Lucumí joined La Liga newly-promoted side Elche CF, reuniting with his former boss at Atlético Nacional, Jorge Almirón. New team, new season, new teammates, a new league – the young lad Lucumí has to adapt here well and help the squad for playing a better game.
