In their first match of the season, against Sporting Huelva, Valencia were trailing by a goal heading into half time. However, they turned things around and scored two goals in the second half to win the game 2-1.
Valencia are definitely not as strong as Barcelona, but they can certainly pose a threat for handing Las Blancas their second consecutive loss to start the season with.
A lot of players that should have started in the XI, started on the bench vs. Barcelona. The likes of Sofia Jakobsson and Chioma Ubogagu, who were key players for CD Tacon in 2019-20, started on the bench.
