Can Real Madrid avoid any defeats with a tough November schedule coming up?

Real Madrid has made a decent start to their season with things looking pretty good in the league as the defending champions bagged another three points with a big win over Huesca.

The Champions League form has been a bit of a concern as the Los Blancos are winless in their last four games in the competition and are right now bottom of their group with just one point from two games.

Los Blancos have tougher fixtures coming up in November as they face Inter Milan twice which will basically decide their fate in the Champions League and then trips to Valencia and Villareal are always tricky.

November will be a crucial month for Real Madrid especially in the Champions League. Real Madrid has to be on the very top throughout to gain momentum in the season and convert their decent start to a good one. Here are my predictions for the games in November.

Real Madrid vs Inter Milan (UEFA Champions League)

Real Madrid has not been in a good form in Europe and has been winless in their last four games in the competition. Real salvaged a draw with two late goals against Borussia Mönchengladbach after another disappointing display in their favorite competition.

Real Madrid is currently at the bottom of the table with just one point from two games and that makes this game against Inter Milan a must-win game. Real’s major issue has been scoring goals and whenever Karim Benzema is out of form they struggle to get going. Inter Milan themselves haven’t had a good start to the tournament either as they drew both their games and currently sit third in the table.

Both Real and Inter were the favorites to go through to the next round when the draw was made but now both these European giants have to step up their game to do that.

I expect Zidane’s men to consider this as a final and put up a strong performance and with Eden Hazard back from his injury, our struggles going forward may also get solved. Real Madrid won the El Clasico after two back to back defeats and poor performances so winning this game would be the most Real Madrid thing right now.

Prediction: Real Madrid 2-1 Inter Milan
