Real Madrid receives great news regarding Eden Hazard and Sergio Ramos

Following a crucial win in the Champions League on Tuesday, Real Madrid received great news regarding two of its key players.
Real Madrid just won back-to-back matches and received some good news upon returning to training on Wednesday.
The first is that the Sanitas medical staff working for the club has determined that winger Eden Hazard has no major injury after taking a hard tackle from Inter Milan’s Marcelo Brozovic near the hour mark last night.
The Belgian star was able to go through half of the normal training session on Wednesday with the first-team before moving to an auxiliary field for the recovery session for players that featured in the match against Inter.
I, like many Madridistas, was sure that Brozovic left a mark on Hazard’s ankle on purpose. Thankfully, it was only a minor knock that will not hold the number seven out of the match this weekend at Estadio Mestalla.
Hazard made his season debut in the 2-2 draw with Borussia Monchengladbach just over a week ago and has now started the last two matches. His goal against Huesca and his involvement against Inter proves he is beginning to regain his match sharpness and form.
The other great news out of training specifically is that Martin Odegaard worked with the team from start to finish and according to reports looked perfectly healthy. Odegaard last made an appearance for Real Madrid on October 4 and was injured on international duty with Norway on October 14 against Northern Ireland.
The other good news leaking from the club this Wednesday afternoon is that captain Sergio Ramos is close to signing a contract extension with Real Madrid.
The leader on and off the field for Los Blancos is in the last year of his current five-year deal, but as many expected, Ramos will sign on for another year or two. With the 34-year-old looking better than ever, it is a given Sergio will extend his time in the Spanish capital, it’s all down to details and the length of the new contract.
Ramos notched the 100th goal of his spectacular Real Madrid career in the win on Tuesday.
