Real Madrid shortlist four concrete replacements for Zinedine Zidane

Zinedine Zidane’s uncertain future continues at Real Madrid and rumours have it that the club have four potential replacements to replace the Frenchman

Zinedine Zidane seems to be living on borrowed time at Real Madrid as it has been rumoured that the French manager has been handed an ultimatum for over his future at the club. If Real fail to qualify for the Round of 16 in the 2020/21 UEFA Champions League campaign and progress into the Europa League then it could possibly bring an end to Zidane’s second tenure at Madrid.

Having said that, the pressure continues to mount for Zinedine Zidane as Real are set to face a string of worthy opponents over the past few weeks. Los Blancos are set to travel to the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan tomorrow to take on Julen Lopetegui‘s Sevilla and in four days’ time, the Spanish giants are set to face Borussia Monchengladbach at home in a must-win fixture.

These two fixtures could potentially decide whether Zidane continues as the first team manager or not. Having said that reports from Diaro state that Real Madrid has a list of potential replacements that could fill in the Frenchman’s seat if need be. It has also been reported by Arancha Rodriguez that a couple of players in the dressing room do not support Zidane and a new manager could possibly set the club back on track.
