Pochettino in all respect is one of the best coaches in European football, however, the former Espanyol manager lacks the pedigree to coach a team like Los Blancos. Pochettino did a commendable job at Spurs by transforming the side into European contenders with a minimal budget, however, the lack of silverware in his trophy cabinet could be a possible reason as to why Real Madrid might not approach Mauricio as a possible replacement.
