Real Madrid shortlist four concrete replacements for Zinedine Zidane

Guti and Raul have been shortlisted as replacements as well. Raul is currently the manager of the Castilla side and in his first season in charge, the former Spanish striker led the youth team to the UEFA Youth League. Raul has shown signs of promise as a manager and Florentino Perez shares a great relationship with the Castilla coach as well. However, the question is whether Raul is ready for the big jump to manage this Real side mid-season. Experience will certainly play a key role. The same follows with Guti, however, the former Los Blancos midfielder has won a few trophies with Real’s youth team and has experience under his belt as well.
