LUKA MODRIC

Luka Modric, just like Ramos, is in his final few months at Real Madrid and a contract extension may only be on the cards provided Zidane’s continuity. The Croatian is 35, but he is still one of the world’s best midfielders. However, with the current manager, he is playing a bigger role than just his contributions on the pitch.

Modric is thought to be mentoring Martin Odegaard and there would be no better opportunity for the Norway in his career than being an understudy to one of the world’s greatest midfielders. Needless to say, the Ballon d’Or winner also played a key role in helping Federico Valverde get better in 2019/20.
