Real Madrid could be dealt a fatal blow as sources confirm that Sergio Ramos has shown a great deal of interest in the new offers that he has received

Real Madrid currently has a lot to deal with on their plate. The Spanish giants have faced quite an unfortunate start to the season as the club is currently struggling in the league and in the Champions League.

Apart from the poor performances, Los Blancos have also been quite unlucky in other aspects as well such as Eden Hazard continues to struggle with injuries, Zinedine Zidane and Sergio Ramos’s future remains highly uncertain, the signing of Kylian Mbappe looks bleak as PSG are willing to do all they can to keep their star man and Real also face the possibility of playing in the Europa League.

In short, its quite a stressful time for the 2019/20 La Liga champions. Sergio Ramos‘s possible departure next summer seems to be the most important issue as of now for the club as the Spanish giants are in talks with the captain over a possible renewal.

Ramos is 34-years-old and is on contract with the club until next summer when turns 35. The former Sevilla man has demanded a two-year extension along with an increment in his salary, however, it seems like Ramos’s demands and the club’s ideas are at crossroads at the moment.

Having said that, Mundo Deportivo has reported that the 34-year-old Spanish centre-back is quite overwhelmed by the offers he has on his table and could be tempted to ply his trade out of Spain. Rumours have earlier suggested that Paris Saint-Germain were eager on signing Sergio Ramos as a back-up for Thiago Silva who left as a free agent to Chelsea earlier this summer.

As of now, there is no certainty whether Sergio Ramos will continue sporting the royal white jersey next season. Ramos has been left out from the match-day squad against Sevilla as the defender is not yet deemed match-fit after recovering from his hamstring injury.
