Liverpool have devised an astonishing contract to lure Mohamed Salah’s interest away from Real Madrid after the recent rumours linking the two.

Recent rumours have stated that Real Madrid has shown interest in Mohamed Salah of Liverpool as a potential signing next summer if the club fails to land Kylian Mbappe of Paris Saint-Germain. In fact, these rumours are indeed true as a report from IBT claims that Liverpool has already gotten to work to prepare a lucrative contract renewal to waive off the interest shown by Real Madrid.

Salah is undeniably one of the most important players in Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool, however, reports claim that the Egyptian is unhappy at Anfield and is keen on a new challenge. His recent statements signal mixed emotions as well.

"“I think Madrid and Barcelona are the two top clubs. Who knows what will happen in the future, but right now I am focused on winning the Premier League and the Champions League with Liverpool again."

Salah is on contract with the Reds until the summer of 2023, however, the FSG group wants to increase his current salary in order to waive off Real Madrid’s interest. Los Blancos have identified the former AS Roma winger as a possible solution to their goal-scoring issues.

Although Zinedine Zidane has a plethora of forwards at his disposal to set-up an attack, it seems like it is only Karim Benzema that keeps on finding the back of the net. The French striker is now 33-years-old and it is only a matter of time for Real to find a suitable forward to share the same burden that Karim carries on his shoulders.

Mo Salah would definitely be an ideal signing, however, Liverpool has already geared up and have put their guard up to protect their marksman. Nonetheless, would you like to see Salah at the Santiago Bernabeu next season if Kylian Mbappe considers continuing at Parc des Princes?
