EDER MILITAO

There’s not much to say about Eder Militao. The Brazilian has faced the same issue that Luka Jovic has. The issue of competing for a spot in the starting eleven against an indispensable member. Although Raphael Varane has been clumsy this season and rather inconsistent on a few occasions, Zinedine Zidane has preferred trusting the core team rather than experimenting and giving players such as Miltiao a run.

Rumours in the media state that Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur have shown interest in signing Eder Militao. At the age of 22, Militao needs to be playing every game rather than warming the bench for a couple of months like his current situation at Real Madrid.

A possible exit at the end of the season seems to be on the cards as Zinedine Zidane prefers to trust Nacho Fernandez instead of Eder Militao. ESPN even reports that Real Madrid are considering signing Dayot Upamecano next summer which could be an indication for Militao to leave since he certainly would be able to compete against the likes of Varane and Upamecano.
