RW Lucas Vazquez

Lucas Vazquez has become a fixture on these lists, because he is a key player for Real Madrid now. The Galician winger has locked down the starting spot on the right-hand side, as he’s been far more consistent in that specific position than Marco Asensio, who has honestly been more effective on the left.

Yuri Berchiche makes for a tough opponent on the right-hand side, as he is probably the second-best defensive left back in La Liga after Real’s very own Ferland Mendy. For Vazquez, the goal will be to supply good deliveries to Benzema in the middle.

LW Eden Hazard

Statistically speaking, Eden Hazard was ordinary in his first start of the season in Real’s 0-0 draw with Osasuna, but, overall, it was an encouraging performance for the Belgian. He did not take-on as many defenders in the snow, but he looked fit and showed his quality in bits and pieces. Per WhoScored.com, Hazard completed three dribbles and won two fouls.

He’ll draw a tough matchup against Ander Capa, who is a great La Liga right back, and the experienced Oscar De Marcos. We all know how good Athletic Club are at defending in the big games, and Hazard is the kind of player who can break them down or quickly punish them on a counterattack. Real Madrid may need a moment of magic from him.
