The month of fixtures for Real Madrid concluded on Wednesday night at the Gewiss Stadium, as Los Blancos managed to record a 1-0 victory over a 10-man Atalanta. Now, Real are riding a streak of four straight clean sheets heading into a crucial March 1 battle on Monday night at the Estadio Alfredo Di Stefano against Real Sociedad.

In February, Real Madrid defeated Huesca 2-1 after recording a come-from-behind win, courtesy of two goals from Raphael Varane. They then recorded a 2-0 clean sheet win over Getafe despite being severely undermanned. The following weekend, they won 2-0 again, exacting revenge upon Valencia for a 4-1, three-penalty-induced loss at the Mestalla.

Last weekend, Los Merengues continued their winning ways with a 1-0 win over Real Valladolid after another Toni Kroos set piece and Casemiro header ensured the club would not drop points on the same weekend that Atletico Madrid and Barcelona failed to win.

And then on Wednesday, Real Madrid ended the month with five wins in five games by taking care of business at Atalanta despite more key injuries, including one to striker Karim Benzema.

So it was an excellent month of February for Los Blancos as a whole. Who were the top five players? Let’s rank them from fifth to first!
