4. Youssef En-Neysri

Slightly edging over the Portuguese sensation is a young Moroccan player who has spent a large part of his professional football career in Spain Itself- Youssef En-Neysri. His valuation is around 30 million Euros, per Transfermarkt.

He is someone who has been playing in LaLiga since 2016. He has transitioned between 3 clubs so far- Malaga, Leganes, and Sevilla. In the current season alone, he has scored 15 goals from 28 games for Sevilla. He is currently placed 5th in the Pichichi race and is Sevilla’s highest scorer for the season, per Whoscored.

This goes to conclude that he would be an instant fix for Real Madrid. He can operate on the wings and has shined in the CF position. Therefore, there could be a way found for both him and Benzema to start if he is brought in. While it’s true that Neysri has joined Sevilla in January 2020 and his contract extends till 2025, but the appeal of a club like Real Madrid cannot be negated.

En-Neysri has time and again proven that he is a big match player, look at his Champions League record for example. Even in the match against Dortmund in the Round of 16 that resulted in an elimination for his team, he had a brilliant performance scoring 2 goals in a 2-all draw. Moreover, there is no migration involved from a different league, he is tried and tested to the Spanish League and conditions and has proven effective.

With Real Madrid, the Moroccan may have more of a realistic chance to battle for Europe’s biggest titles. Add on, he would be playing in one of the best teams in the League. He has what it takes to shine at Real Madrid and can be the next big thing they are on the hunt for. He is just 23 years old and has a lot of playing years in front of him. Overall, he could be a really good investment.
