1. Erling Haaland

There is no surprise as to who leads this list. Erling Haaland has been so over the rumors that it is hard to agree where the striker may move. But the most recent signs have been positive for Los Blancos and Madridistas may expect to see him play for the Royal Whites soon. He comes at a 180 million euros price tag, which, though is a big amount, is most likely cheaper than Mbappe.

Haaland is an absolute threat in front of the goal. He has already scored 21 goals in 21 matches in the Bundesliga this season, per Whoscored. His abilities have already been proven and it is no surprise that fans are going crazy over a Haaland move. Most recently, Zidane tried operating with two strikers up front in their recent matches. That opens up a possibility of Benzema and Haaland starting together for Madrid.

The Mbappe vs Haaland debate has been always lively. As such, there is probably no better alternative to the Frenchman than Erling Haaland. His cheaper price tag is just the tip of the iceberg. Comparatively, Haaland has been producing the goods in a weaker team against strong opponents. Unlike PSG and Ligue 1, Dortmund is nowhere near to a dominant club in their league. Hence, Erling’s stats are what puts him forward in the race.

Here, the thing to consider is that Los Blancos will get a youngster at just 20 years of age who has established himself as one of the most desirable transfers in the football community. He would be a quick fix to Real’s problems at hand and yet be a smart signing given that the goal machine is even younger than Kylian.

There are just endless opinions as to why Haaland is the way forward for Real Madrid. And, with the new signs of his family buying property in Spain or him being interested to join the white outfit, a deal surely seems on the cards.
