Eden Hazard‘s insurance at the club has just gone out the window with Zinedine Zidane’s departure. The Frenchman has protected the Belgian for the past two years despite being not living up to the expectations. Florentino Perez is certainly quite fed up with Hazard and his nuisance which is the club is willing to listen to offers for the 30-year-old.

Hazard’s protection at the Spanish capital is no longer existent.  The club’s priority is Kylian Mbappe for the summer and it may come at the cost of getting rid of Eden Hazard which seems like a fair deal. Eden Hazard’s future at the Spanish capital might just hinge on his performances at the upcoming European competition.

If he performs admirably with Belgium then Real Madrid might consider keeping him. However, it might also have a reverse effect as his market value could shoot up and Los Blancos would want to cash in immediately to recoup whatever they possibly can out of 100 million euros they paid in 2019.

The Belgian himself is not very happy at the club and is worried about the possible arrival of Kylian Mbappe. After two seasons and just five goals along with 12 injuries, it is time to close the Eden Hazard chapter and move on to the greener pastures for both the player and the club.
