How often have you actually heard or seen Luka Jovic participate in anything off-field related to Real Madrid? The Serbian international is quite an introvert and is rarely ever seen giving an interview or even having a laugh with someone at the Valdebebas. His only friend seems to be Luka Modric who has spoken in support of him in the past.

Nonetheless, Luka Jovic has struggled to settle in his dream club. At his presentation, Florentino Perez stated that Jovic would sleep every night wearing the club’s jersey, however, in reality, Jovic has barely even gotten of wearing it under Zinedine Zidane. The Frenchman wanted him and when he arrived, he would no idea what to do with him. Hysterical, to say the least.

His mid-season loan at Frankfurt has not been very impressive, however, Luka Jovic has shown moments of genius this season with the Eagles and the Serbian national team. Whether or not Real Madrid still believe in him is a different question, however, Zidane’s departure could turn a new leaf in his career.

The new manager is unlikely to absolutely seclude or discard Jovic the way he has been treated over the past two years. It will be an uphill battle for the 23-year-old to have a future at Real Madrid, however, it is not yet all over for the Serbian international.

Verdict- could be handed a secondary role next season to rotate with Benzema or will be sold to fund Mbappe’s arrival.
