Gareth Bale:

A player who must be watched closely. Bale is a world-class player, one of the best in his position. He was once one of the most important players for Real Madrid, but he lost his place under Zidane after an injury-ridden season.

We heard the rumors that Real would be willing to sell him go given his hefty wages. But, with Zidane leaving, Gareth seems to be the only winner because the next manager will start a fresh relationship with him and might have him in the plans.

This season, Gareth was sent on loan to Spurs. I’ll be honest with you; he seemed to have found his form back. He has had a great season with the Spurs. According to WhoScored.com, the Welshman managed to find the back of the net 11 times, along with a hat-trick, in 20 appearances in Premier League and has assisted 2 goals. He has also scored thrice and assisted once in the UEL. Bale has been awarded the Man of the Match a total of 7 times in all competitions.

So, it will be fair to say that he would be a standout for Wales and the new manager might be interested in keeping him at the club.
