JULES KOUNDE – SEVILLA

Jules Kounde has been a phenomenal player for Sevilla and has lately been linked with a switch to Chelsea. The Frenchman has expressed his desire to leave the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan but he will do so in a respectable manner and his departure this summer will only occur if the Blues manage to strike a deal with Sevilla, who value Kounde at a staggering amount of 80 million euros.

Kounde is not as good as Ramos or Varane in the air because of his height and that may be the only factor that may make him less of a priority in comparison with Pau Torres. Nevertheless, the 22-year-old has age by his side and has already shown signs of great maturity. Kounde is brilliant on the ball and that is a characteristic which Madrid usually look for in a centre back.

Exactly like Pau Torres, he is another player who is likely to have to wait until 2022 if he wishes to sign for Real Madrid because the club currently does not have its eyes affixed on a central defender. However, if he moves to Chelsea, his move to the Santiago Bernabeu in the next five or six years will only remain a talk of the town because of the Blues’ stiff resistance in the market.
