VINICIUS JR

Vinicius Jr’s performances with Real Madrid have always received mixed opinions. For some fans, the Brazilian is in the good books as a talented player with a lot of potential. On the flip side, there’s a common belief that Vinicius is just not Real Madrid quality.

The Brazilian international has been at Madrid for three seasons and has struggled with consistency. Vinicius has his moments of magic each season, but the spells do not last too long, and fans have understandably grown impatient.

However, Carlo Ancelotti and Florentino Perez both consider the 21-year-old as an untouchable/ unsellable player at the moment. Ancelotti is very much aware of Vinicius’ talent and is keen on improving his final product that has been a serious issue since he signed for Real Madrid in 2018.

With that being said, Vinicius Jr will have to seize whatever opportunity comes his way next season due to the immense competition in the team for the left-winger spot. Real Madrid has Eden Hazard (the obvious starter when fit), Rodrygo, and Marco Asensio (both can operate on either wing).

Chances are going to be hard to come by for Vinicius next season, especially if Eden Hazard manages to keep fit and delivers consistently.
