LUKA JOVIC

Do you see the picture? Yes, that’s the Luka Jovic that Carlo Ancelotti wants at Real Madrid. He wants the same player that scored 27 goals in all competitions for Eintracht Frankfurt in the 2018/19 season and was arguably one of the world’s best young strikers then.

His move to Real Madrid so far has nothing to write home about. Unfortunately, Jovic has been unlucky in the past two seasons. Zinedine Zidane did not trust him much and he also struggled with injuries.

The club seems to have lost faith in the 23-year-old, but Jovic wants to prove a point and has not yet given up. Carlo Ancelotti has been impressed with Luka Jovic during the preseason and believes that if improves his performances he could be a key player in solving the goal-scoring issues.

Next. Kylian Mbappe to Real Madrid is an inevitable transfer that PSG cannot stop. dark

This could well and truly be Jovic’s final season at the club and if he proves a point that he’s still got it then he most certainly will continue and possibly see out his contract. As of now, Real are waiting for an offer to arrive for the Serbian but that seems highly unlikely as Los Blancos want 40 million euros for him.

The best option would be listening to Ancelotti’s advice and the player’s request of staying for another season. If the Italian can provide Luka Jovic with a decent amount of game time next season then we possibly might be treated to some exquisite goals. Goals mean business for Luka Jovic and that’s what he does best. Let’s see if he can put on a show this time around.
